Member Manager Application

With the Member Manager messaging system , Administrators can upload and maintain required documentation, provide timely notices, control access to protected information and send messages to one or more member groups at any time. HOA Members can easily register for access, manage their communication preferences and access uploaded documents in compliance with Florida HB 1203.

  • Targeted Group Messaging

    With the Member Manager messaging system , Administrators can send messages to one or more member groups by filling out a simple form.  Simply type the message text, select the Member Tags to send the message to and optionally attach an image file to the message.  All messages are sent to the selected member groups via their preferred method of contact (email or SMS).  

  • Document Management

    Our advanced document management capabilties are designed to comply with the requirements of Florida HB 1203. Upload and manage access to all required documents, notices and information required under the new Florida laws going into effect on July 1, 2024. Allow members of the association easy registration and access to important materials. Provide timely notifications with full audit trails.

  • Simple Member Registration

    Member Manager offers several methods for registering members including bulk file upload (.csv), self-registration via QR Code, self-registration via text message and ad hoc member registration.  For all self-registration options, Administrators are notified of new registrations and can approve or reject each account. Members can manage their communication proferences easily through their account.
